Douglas D. Houston has established his reputation as an industry leader with over 35-years of experience with emerging industries.  The foundation of his career is based on his leadership culture of empowering individuals, cross-functional teams, and regional/national organizations to implement his process solutions, which are designed to support their ease of implementation and ability to exceed targeted metrics.  Domestically, Doug has led organizations in the oil/gas industry, from small to large corporations and joint ventures with government programs.  Internationally, he worked with organizations on humanitarian efforts with housing and water purification solutions.

In the early chapters of his career, Doug provided services to organizations by developing their business development plans, negotiated and managed contracts, provided financial consultation and coordination, implemented change management programs, and streamlined processes to increase in productivity as well as profitability.  His thirst to stay at the forefront of new technologies continues to drive his operational efforts which is also complementary to his ambition to offer his clientele the most qualified solutions.
